We have transitioned to the new Wellington-Guelph Child Care Application and Waitlist.

*If we confirm that a space is available for your child, you will be required to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee of $50 before your registration is considered complete. If your child is placed on a wait list, you will not be required to pay this fee until a space becomes available.*

Please visit our Classes page for information on our classes and tuition fees. If you are unsure which class is the best fit for your child, or would like to tour the school, feel free to contact us at rccpmembership@gmail.com to discuss this before registering.

In order to complete your registration, please be prepared to provide the following information:

​

• The class you are registering for

• Name, birth date, and address for your child, and the age (in months) that your child will be in September 2023

• Names and contact information for parents/guardians

• Name, phone number, and address of an emergency contact who is reachable during school hours (local is preferred, but not necessary)

• The names of any other person(s) to whom your child may be released

• Any relevant health information (allergies, previous medical history, developmental concerns, etc.)

• Your consent for how we may use photographs of your child that are taken at school (options will be listed)

• Your preferences for your cooperative duty assignment (options will be listed – preview the list of cooperative duties and the descriptions of each role here (please note, there have been some changes to jobs this year due to Covid-19 restrictions).
